License

Here's a small definition for two types of license that I'm using to distribute my software (check each program help file for more details). Also note that this is updated version of license agreement and it 'overwrites' any previous version supplied with software download from this site.

Freeware

Software distributed under Freeware license is free. That means that you can use it as much as you want, even for commercial purposes (e.g. when working in office). Also you can not modify any files that are part of the program or the application file itself. You may pass my program to anybody, including your family and friends, but you mustn't sell it. Note: if you're going to add my software to a cover CD/DVD of your computer magazine you must contact me first, this does not apply to uploading my software to websites and FTP servers. Freeware is not the same as Public Domain. That means that this software is copyrighted (this includes the idea and code).

Postcardware

Postcardware licensed software inherits all conditions from Freeware with one exception. It's still free to use for unlimited time period, but if you like it you should send me a postcard. And I'm telling here about a real postcard send via postal mail, not e-mail. This postcard should have a nice image of your city/town on one side and a few kind words of support from you on the other side (or anything else you may want to write there). If you want you can send me also something small (that will fit into the envelope with postcard) like a coin or small sum of money. But remember, that the only required 'price' is at least one, real postcard. After registration you won't receive any unlocking codes or anything like that - it's not shareware so it will never expire even without registration. By sending me a postcard - and thus registering my software - you're supporting future development. An also I can show those postcards to my friends and amaze them :).
